Hello. I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Jeannine Becker, creator of Dr. Becker’s Bites and Mom/Grandma in our three-generation family owned bakery. Some of you have been with us for most of the past 22 years and I'd like to personally thank you for your continued support! And to those that are newer to Dr. Becker's Bites... welcome to the family!
J ohn and Blair (my son and granddaughter) stay rather busy in the bakery… too busy for the kind of communication we truly would like to have with you. I’m not! Hence this letter... the first of many to come! I am interested in sharing with you, probably monthly, some of the ‘stuff’ that is going on in our lives this side of the Dr. Becker’s Bites Family, and there's always plenty of stuff to share. :)
My intent is to raise your awareness and understanding of exactly whom you are trusting to make the treats you are giving to your pets. I want to close the communication gap and keep you updated on Dr. Becker’s Bites and our amazing treats. We have launched some great new products over the past years and there have been activities in our bakery worth sharing.

My future letters will be kept short and will share activities of the “Doctor” (Karen, my daughter) and even perhaps a word directly from her. I would like to share why we do what we do, a few personal stories about our family, what’s new in the bakery, updates on our products and a few 'tales' worth telling about our own furbabies… with pictures of course. You will be introduced to all the pets in our family as well!
In my next letter, I will introduce you to each member of my family and their relationship to Dr. Becker’s Bites. It's been quite a journey taking what was once a "hobby" and turning into a full-time family business. Without ALL the Becker's coming together, it just would not have happened. I look forward to sharing that story with you.
